I have used Ash Marine for many years and always found them to be honest and genuine people. If they cannot help you (which is pretty rare), they will always know a man who can.

A few years ago on the first day of my holiday, our Mariner engine developed a fault. Ashley tried to make repairs but it was a bit of a mess. He then went over and above what I would call the norm and found me the parts in a breakers yard to get me going again for the remainder of our holiday. From then on we have always gone to these guys first, and always recommend them to our friends.

2017 We decided to buy a new boat from them, we discussed the colours we wanted, the equipment we wanted and generally had a good say in the design of our new boat. When the boat arrived a week later than planned (due to transport issues) the guys went out of their way again to get us onto the water as quickly as possible. 12 hr + days, all day Saturday and Sunday just to get it ready, so we could use it on our holiday. On the big day of the launch, to say I was nervous was an understatement, Ashley and Barnaby spotted this and offered to help with the launch the next day. 10am we arrived and they were already there and waiting, they showed us everything we needed to know for wet launching into a fast flowing estuary (almost all of my previous experience was launching from a beach).
The design of the boat was a little different from my previous ones, I was having a few problems with stability, a quick call to the guys and the next morning they were out with us showing where we were going wrong. Finally, at the end of our holiday they again offered their services to help recover the boat to go in for its first service, on a Sunday!

I cannot rate them highly enough, 5 stars seems inadequate, if you need help with an old boat, engine or any advice on anything marine, Ashley, Barnaby, Jim, Sam and Becky are always ready to help.
